GMAC Mortgage Selects Dorado to Provide Personalized Web Sites for
its Retail Loan Officers
Dorado Solution Provides Personalized Marketing with Corporate Branding and Content Management for Retail Lenders
San Mateo, Calif.—March 23, 2007—GMAC Mortgage, LLC has chosen Dorado Corporation to provide a personalized web site solution for its retail loan officer network. GMAC Mortgage loan officers will now be able to use their personalized web sites to attract and better serve prospects and borrowers online.
The new Dorado solution is designed to enable easy-to-use, personalized marketing for the loan originator, while maintaining corporate control over branding, messaging, and policy. Each loan officer can personalize their web site with their photograph, welcome message, contact information, biography, certifications, testimonials, product offerings, calculators, and links to other information. Once reviewed and published, the personalized web site can be used by potential borrowers to view both corporate- and originator-defined content, to communicate with their loan officer, and to apply for a loan.
“Dorado’s solution will increase the flexibility and functionality our loan officers need for their personalized web sites,” said Jim Ferriter, executive vice president at GMAC Mortgage. “This agreement is in keeping with our drive to provide our loan officers with the technology and systems that help them deliver better customer service. The Dorado solution along with our Market Express program gives GMAC Mortgage loan officers one of the most comprehensive personalized marketing programs in the industry.”
The new Dorado solution will offer managed content as well as a choice of intelligent forms that can be used to capture borrower information. These include a “contact me” form, a “pre-qualify” form, and a full loan application.
The new solution provides a secure portal for submitting application data electronically, exchanging messages and documents, and viewing status information. Originators can view all contact requests, reply to any received messages, and view submitted loan application data.
“We are proud to have GMAC Mortgage as a Dorado customer,” said Dain Ehring, CEO at Dorado. “We are committed to helping GMAC Mortgage successfully roll out this exciting new web site solution for their retail loan officer channel.”
