Dorado Expands Channel Sales Effort, Creates New Department
Appoints Vice President of Channel Development; Hires Director of Channel Sales from RealEC Technologies
San Mateo, Calif.—September 15, 2003—Dorado, the leader in Demand Chain Management for home lending, today announced the creation of a new channel sales department. Heading up the department is David Hultquist, who has been appointed to the position of vice president of channel development. In this role, Hultquist will manage all aspects of Dorado’s channel sales, marketing, and product development. In addition, Dorado recently hired mortgage industry veteran, Sandy MacDougall from RealEC Technologies™ to be the director of channel sales.

With over 25 years of experience in the software industry, Hultquist has a broad range of management expertise in numerous areas including engineering, business development, and marketing. Hultquist has been with Dorado for four years, serving as vice president of marketing. Prior to joining Dorado, Hultquist served in a number of management positions in marketing and business development with leading technology vendors including Sun Microsystems, HP, and Apple Computer.
MacDougall has 20 years of successful enterprise-level sales and sales management experience in the financial services software and real estate industries. Most recently, MacDougall was director of sales for RealEC Technologies, which is majority owned by Fidelity National Financial. Under MacDougall’s leadership, RealEC Technologies saw a 500% increase in monthly transactional revenue. Prior to that, MacDougall served as
senior vice president of sales for FirstWeb Bancorp, and vice president of sales for First Data Corporation. MacDougall began his career at IBM working with large financial institutions.
