Dorado Appoints Jim Codik As Vice President of Professional Services

San Mateo, Calif.—August 5, 2002— Dorado Corporation, the leader in Demand Chain Management for mortgage banking, today announced the appointment of Jim Codik as vice president of professional services. Mr. Codik, who has over 15 years of experience in engineering, channel sales, and professional services management, will be responsible for all aspects of Dorado professional services. He reports to Dorado President Joseph W. Jennings.

Mr. Codik was formerly the director of professional services for TIBCO Software, a leading provider of business integration solutions. At TIBCO, he managed the professional services North American organization's growth to 165 employees and contractors, and improved profitability by 18%. His background also includes professional services management positions with SEVEN Systems, BackWeb, Tivoli Systems and Sun Microsystems.
