Dorado Announces Retail ChannelMaster 2.0

Enhances Loan Officer/Consumer Relationship and Productivity

Dorado’s Demand Chain Management (DCM) solutions are Internet applications designed to help lenders more efficiently attract, sell, and retain customers. As one of Dorado’s DCM solutions, Retail ChannelMaster helps mortgage loan officers increase lead generation and streamline the sales cycle by accelerating the process from leads, to loans, to closing.

  • Communication Center improves communication and collaboration.
  • Task Center provides one-click access to all essential tools, services and information.
  • Branch and Loan Officer Web Sites attract more leads with helpful consumer features, personal loan officer information, mortgage rates, and access to other lender services.
  • My Loan Center provides a consumer with their own enhanced portal for loan information and loan officer communications.
  • Enhanced Consumer Application enables a consumer to work alone or with a loan officer to complete an online application.

  • Contact Manager Integration synchronizes information in the Lead Manager with popular personal productivity applications such as Microsoft Outlook®
  • Sales Force Automation (SFA) Integration synchronizes information in Lead Manager with widely used SFA applications including GoldMine® and ACT!™
  • Email Integration allows loan officers to automatically personalize standard email messages for their consumers at each step of the mortgage process.
  • Mobile Loan Officer provides loan status and alerts via wireless devices such as cell phones and personal digital assistants.
