Dorado and Calyx Software Enter Reseller Agreement

San Mateo and San Jose, Calif.—December 13, 2002—Dorado Corporation and Calyx Software today announced a reseller agreement for Calyx® PointMan™ software for retail mortgage origination. Under the agreement, Dorado will market and resell PointMan as an integrated option for Dorado Retail ChannelMaster™ customers.

Designed specifically for the loan officer, Calyx PointMan is a mortgage automation application that simplifies and automates loan marketing, prequalification, and origination. Calyx PointMan provides the loan officer component of Calyx® Point®, the leading loan origination software in the mortgage industry.

Dorado and Calyx expect to make a follow-on product announcement in 2003 detailing the integration of PointMan with Dorado Retail ChannelMaster, a demand chain management application for retail mortgage origination.
