	Professional Services Project Manager - Mt. Laurel, New Jersey The person who fills this position will work on site at the customer location in Mt. Laurel, New Jersey. The Project Manager collaborates with the Sales team and delivery partners to understand the client’s needs and define the scope and role that Professional Services will play in designing and implementing a Dorado solution. After the sale, the Project Manager acts as the engagement manager, identifying and mitigating risk, making sure issues are resolved before they affect the outcome of the project, manage project assigned resources and budgets. Major Responsibilities Accurately gather client’s business and technical requirements and translate them into a succinct, precise, Professional Services proposal (statement of work) Adhere to an implementation methodology ensuring the use of appropriate tools Assume complete responsibility for project success, including cost management, completion, timeliness and client satisfaction Assume overall responsibility for all project communication – publish periodic reports Contribute best practices to Dorado’s’ implementation methodology Coordinate internal and external resources ensuring optimal resource management Manage technical and business related escalations on assigned projects; facilitate access to appropriate company resources when necessary Effectively manage consulting resources to obtain high realization rates Establish strong relationships with clients at all levels Promote and nurture a strong spirit of teamwork internally as well as with client personnel Measurement Criteria Professional Services revenue attainment Project profitability Schedule adherence Consultant realization Customer satisfaction Experience and Skill Requirements Technical degree (MBA/Management postgraduate degree is a plus) Minimum 10 years of project management experience Strong background managing software focused consulting projects Proficiency at leading a multi-practice team Possession of strong communication skills, both verbal and written Reporting Relationships Reports to Sr. Director, Professional Services Return to Jobs
